The improved feelings resulting from veganism happen for the same reason it happens with every diet: the diet removes all the terrible foods they were eating that made them feel like shit. They would just get the same feeling from trying any other restrictive diet or from just cooking their own meals at home.

Food allergies that cause very minor symptoms are also much more common than people think. With how over processed food is now with all sorts of extra ingredients meant for stabilization it's no wonder people are eating shit that makes them feel bad. Turns out when you stop eating shit you're allergic to, you feel better.

        >meat and dairy
This would include mcdonalds cheeseburgers and beef liver and greek yogurt
When your diet is this broad and restrictive you have to point to specifics. I'd sooner eat a healthy vegan meal than a shitty goyslop one with meat and cheese but I'd prefer a healthy one with animal protein overall. Saying kale and broccoli beats McDonald's is incredibly disingenuous it would be like if I said beer and french fries are bad for you therefore veganism kills. Not technically wrong just misleading.

I’m curious, been reading that source.

                >The included long‐term trials suggested that reducing dietary saturated fat reduced the risk of combined cardiovascular events by 17%

But then it goes to say.

                >We found little or no effect of reducing saturated fat on all‐cause mortality (RR 0.96; 95% CI 0.90 to 1.03; 11 trials, 55,858 participants) or cardiovascular mortality (RR 0.95; 95% CI 0.80 to 1.12, 10 trials, 53,421 participants), both with GRADE moderate‐quality evidence.

                >There was little or no effect of reducing saturated fats on non‐fatal myocardial infarction (RR 0.97, 95% CI 0.87 to 1.07) or CHD mortality (RR 0.97, 95% CI 0.82 to 1.16, both low‐quality evidence), but effects on total (fatal or non‐fatal) myocardial infarction, stroke and CHD events (fatal or non‐fatal) were all unclear as the evidence was of very low quality. There was little or no effect on cancer mortality, cancer diagnoses, diabetes diagnosis, HDL cholesterol, serum triglycerides or blood pressure, and small reductions in weight, serum total cholesterol, LDL cholesterol and BMI. There was no evidence of harmful effects of reducing saturated fat intakes.

The thing is, those people probably avoided McDonald’s and shit to avoid saturated fat. Which would be beneficial for their heart.

Consider everything that you eat then think of how the raw product is grown.
Like beans, oats, carrots, nuts, etc, etc
To grow, harvest, and process these crops, byproducts are inevitable. these byproducts are part of the human edible food production process and are effectively fully costed into that.

No, you don't understand. The more we support the vegans, the worse their collective immune system becomes due to malnourishment and diet carrot cake abuse, and eventually everyone who's even remotely sane will be left while vegans will vanish from this earth naturally.
It's the same with the fatties. Let them spread the body positivity until the situation becomes so severe that governments around the globe have to take action, but of course it will be too late. At the same time, we will lift, eat healthy and improve our well-being as we did in the past and will in the future.

    >fewer athletes have been adopting it, most who did have given up on it as I followed some who gave up within their first 3-6 months
    >nobody whose health was "improved by veganism" wasn't eating a shit-tier diet before. Anyone who eats correctly and balanced will see no benefit from veganism. Anyone who was living on McDonald's 3x/day will most likely see improvement on veganism.

But, still gonna report this because it's not fitness, it's a meme diet for gays.

It feels bad knowing that many must go through the trials of permanently harming their bodies to eventually loop back around to eating carnivore, however, vegans are closer to carnivores than standard American dieters precisely because they will eventually learn how ruinous plants are to a human's health. Unfortunately, you will never recover from the brain damage that a well-organized vegan diet induces, or worse, you might die agonizingly slowly from a less-organized and meticulously tracked vegan diet.
