Sat on the stationary bike this morning and burned 200 calories in 25 minutes.

Felt fricking amazing afterwards. Great boost in energy throughout the day.

        I like doing kettlebell endurance work as cardio for reps, you burn more calories weight lifting than running or cycling. Lmao.

      Based cardio chads. My life changed for the best when I started doing 5000m rows on my C2 five days a week. Usually 19min-21min finish with about 5 mins to cool down and drink a coffee.

      I can't go back to the meme "just lift bro its all you need" horseshit. Cardio is a great supplement to the IST life, not a substitute.

    I burn 600 cals daily on the bike. Always a good time. Love to sweat it out. Good on you, but try to amo up the resistance

    Enjoy your knee joints ageing. And you felt amazing afterwards because it's your bodies way of giving you a reward, like if you outran a predator. It is releasing feel good hormones, because in nature people do not just peddle a bike every day and not move. The body does not know. It just knows you are stressing your system, so must be in danger.

    And just try eating 200 calories less.

    Why would you spend good money on good food just to burn it off? What a waste. And then you'll need to eat again, putting more pressure on your organs.
