      On the way to the gym I'll usually down a half liter of protein milk and that seems to do the trick
      Thjs morning I actually didn't have anything, kind of an off day, and I didn't feel great in the gym

      200mg caffeine
      24mg ephedrine
      5000iu vit D3
      Water

      EC stack keeps me full until lunch time. I have my jar coffee + splash of milk on my drive to work.

      Your body has 400g of glycogen in your liver + muscles, you don't need food until you expend that. Just take min 2 minute rests on compounds.

    Can you lift heavy in the morning?
    I need two meals ahead of time and a couple hours for the last one to digest before I feel like I'm ready.
    Just wondering because I'm worried I won't have the energy to lift after work.

    I've been going at 6am for 7 months, I like it because it feels spartan. I eat a bowl of oats instantly when I wake up for fuel, then I take a shit
