      You're not doing them properly. I actually just recently gained a few extra inches of ROM on my pullups where once I have fully bent my arms my lats activate to pull me up higher. I didn't know I wasn't fully repping before that.

      Spam australian rows/ ring/trx rows until you're stronger. Some recommend negatives and using bands. I'm not too fond of them for tl dr reasons. Also if you can't do because you are too fat, obviously it will help if you lose weight. You will get there anon don't worry
