Again, to clear the point. Neither carbohydrates nor fats if naturally sourced are inherently bad for you. They become bad if you eat too much of it and get fat. Unfortunately for carbs however, they are a cheap, dense source if energy that arent very filling for most people compared to meat, especially if they come in the form of cake and soda, so people tend to overeat.
