Most Powerful Sleep Medication That Doesn't Harm Gains

What's the most powerful shit I can take that won't harm my gains? I just need to reduce sleep interruptions and increase how long I sleep. I regularly make gains, but I literally average less than 6 hours of sleep every 24 hours. I typically sleep 5 to 6 hours each night. I get lucky when I sleep for 7 to 8. The issue is falling back asleep, but if there is any powerful (as in more than just a supplement) shit that isn't a benzo or ambien (kills strength), please let me know. I could try cannabis edibles in the future, but they typically make me feel like absolute shit and constantly play music in my head.

    The thing that would save me would be something that delays the onset of sleep interruptions. For most people (and for me, too), the first sleep interruption occurs after 5 hours, but, and especially when I'm stressed, I can get sleep interruptions after just an hour or two of sleep. It's crazy. If you're really stressed out before falling asleep, you're more likely to wake up after less sleep.

      I avoid drinking any large amount of liquid before bed, but I typically get out of bed because I need to go take a piss. I often end up falling back asleep after a minute or two of thinking of getting out of bed, but I typically end up waking up again maybe fifteen minutes later to take a piss. Eventually, I pull myself out of bed, go and take a piss, eat a little protein bar (This does NOT affect my sleep. I eat it quickly, and I know it's going to take a while to fall back asleep. If I didn't eat the protein bar, I would be at a caloric deficit, which would be perfect for cutting.), and hop back into bed. I sometimes fall back asleep, but I often just end up getting really horny. If I can't control the horny, I typically end up jerking off after 15 to 30 minutes of trying to fall back asleep. After this, I sometimes go back to bed to try to fall back to sleep, but most of the time, I just get up. If I really wanted to, I could try to brute force my way to getting an average of 7 hours of sleep (yes, 7, not 8 or 9) by staying in bed for several hours longer just trying to fall asleep. I can get myself to fall back asleep, it's just that it typically takes an inordinate amount of time. This is why any drug (that isn't a benzo or related) that increases how long you stay asleep (reduces interruptions) would be ideal for me.

      I will turn 24 in the middle of June. I'm so depressed. I haven't even gone to college yet, and I've been wanting to get a degree in something STEM-related, like math. I don't even have a car license yet; although I got a chance to drive a car in a parking lot for the first time around a month ago. I go to work with my Dad every now and then to help him out, but that's it.

        avoid sexual thoughts, as they might keep you excited.
        melatonin is legal and force brute. but still a chem.
        avoid long hours on the phone.
        read a book. will put you right to sleep.

      I unexpectedly saw a sleep paralysis demon for the first time in my life a few days ago after taking ambien I got from the deep web. (I used to have it prescribed to me years ago, but my doctor took me off it, so I knew this was the real shit.) I tried taking apart and reversing the polarity on a light switch after I perceived that it was flipping the opposite way it was supposed to. (It wasn't.) Fortunately, I decided not to try it after removing the cover. I was smart enough to wear three layers of nitrile gloves underneath a pair of dewalt gloves, though. I lost so much strength after taking that for a few days, started a thread about it, and learned that ambien is infamous for reducing muscle strength.

        Yeah! one time as a young lad I tried to weightlift while fricked up on ambien and I almost killed myself dropping the bar while benching. They should not be prescribing that drug to people, it is so dangerous if used incorrectly.

      Unless she's clever enough to know how to get that shit off the deep web, then she had a shit doctor. I told my doctor I would OCCASIONALLY mix ambien with alcohol (like less than once a month), and he immediately took me off that shit. What ended up happening was I gained tolerance to the ambien, so I started taking two pills instead of one. This resulted in me drinking to fall asleep for half the month until I got ambien again. I continued drinking for around a couple years. I got to the point I would get blackout drunk every night. I am so glad I quit a little over half a year ago. I am able to fall asleep without issue now. It's just staying asleep that's an issue, which shouldn't take too long to fix.

    take a melatonin and drink a glass of milk. milk is high in tryptophan which helps you sleep. make sure your room is dark and cold and your bed is cold too

    Mirtazapine is pretty mild, but will still knock you out. Please don't mess around with benzos or ambien.

    You could also try trazodone. It never did anything for me, but other people like it.

    I take zma, melatonin, and gaba and I sleep great. I also keep my house at 65 at night and wear a sleep mask
