Funny that living in a monoculture consisting of only your race and family gives you something to fight for regardless of the hardships placed upon you.
We’re all burning in the melting pot
Funny that all it takes is the presence of a few Black folk and shitskins for you to be completely demoralized and give up.
10s of millions of invaders is not "a few".
I am actually happy in my small rural southern farming town which is 50/50 black/white.
Mostly because it is historical populations, and so they have their own distinct areas and cultural centers and events and an expectation of behavior in neutral zones. Helps too that rural blacks tend to have intact families, go to church, and work their own land.
Freedom of association in its intended implementation.
I wonder what Native Americans have to say about that
My ancestors conquered them. There was no country then. My ancestors made a country. Now browns want to leech off it.
If they take over by force, fine. Its the slow burn leeching that is gay and feminine. The day of rope will come. We shall see what end we are on.
>two more weeks
>muh ancestors
why is this constantly being shilled out like it's some prolific 'look at me' type shit. noone gives a frick homosexual, what did YOU do?
>inb4 hurt response because you know you never did shit
Some day when I can slaughter you like a pig my descendants will be like “muy ancestors were BASED.”
And that will be good
>noone gives a frick homosexual
Then stop bringing up chugs like anyone gives a frick. "b-b-bbut what muh native americans" you mean the natives who were raping and pillaging each other long before colonial settlers arrived, and continued to do so even during settlement? Frick off go live on sentinel island
>muh ancestors won
.>:(
>muh ancestors lost
🙂
Considering they are drinking themselves to death, I can only assume they aren't too happy with it either.
White people are descendants of american indians, pajeet.
>I wonder what Native Americans have to say about that
"HEYA HOYA Come to my casino"
>a few
>few Black folk and shitskins
its the entire system including white women
>a few
Its also illegal to even talk about doing something about it.
That's not entirely accurate, we do have one thing to fight for, it's just a monoculture of israelites ten thousand miles away from us
When the first post, is also the best post.
This. Frick multiculturalism and the golems supporting it.
Yes! I love territorial strife!
If it's not nation states then it's really stupid shit like gang wars or football clubs.
Human nature, deal with it.
Based
They are literally 50% of the population and infest every area and make it unsafe.
What were they fighting for exactly anon? For power disputes between different royal elites? So one royal elite can steal the gold and silver of another royal elite? To have their own villages and land destroyed in pointless wars?
If you went back to the middle ages literally no one would support the wars of the nobles.
Nah people didn't love muh Chad meme family you silly /misc/b***h they fought against getting totally murdered and raped/cucked by enemies.
What do you mean how much of a difference? How are you supposed to quantify it? It took me 10 years to bench 3pl8 (yes its such an arbitrary timeline but yea) then i stopped training for 3 years, and when i came back i was benching sub 2pl8, in few months i got back up to 3pl8.
So idk?
>It took me 10 years to bench 3pl8
did you not work out for seven years of that? three plates is easy
Crab bait stopped
>or lard
Thats exactly why I said its an arbitrary timeline. My physique after 6 years was worse than after 4 years. And then it peaked again after like 7-8th year and then got worse again etc. When you lift for over a decade the progress is very rarely linear for multitude of reasons. Just different interests, sometimes you want to get stronger, sometimes you go through the calisthenics psychosis, sometimes you just do pump and fluff and go for single digit bf, then you take breaks, this and that. I have lived in 3 different countries since I started and now. I have gotten two different degress, I have had idk like 5-6 different jobs, relationships and so forth.
You dont just start day 0 and maintain perfect interest, perfect nutrition and perfect progressive overload for the next 3600 days. Most summers I trained maybe once a month or once every 2 month because I played 120 rounds of golf.
I reached 2pl8 in 6 months so I think if my sole goal was 3pl8 bench I could have achieved it probably in 1,5 years but yeah it ended up taking 10 years.
Your comparing a trust fund warrior noble to a 9 to 5 wagie.
That's not what muscle memory is, really, usually by muscle memory people mean how "automatic" something is, as in your muscle does the job pretty much by itself. Something something neural pathways I guess.
To answer your question I kickboxed for 10 years and I stopped around 8 years ago, I still remember the basics pretty well
it is what muscle memory is, you've just never heard of it.
Something about muscle nuclei being created and still existed even after muscle atrophy. So when you start lifting again, the foundation is still there and comes back quicker. I have no source for that but makes sense to me
stupid picture
men from 500 years ago would kick your ass if you promised him fries but didn't give him any
yeah that's the point dumbass
>How much of a difference does it make?
An unbelievable amount. Just a random anon's 5 cents on it - but I've been at eugenia skeleton weight three times due to severe colitis inflammations and hospitalizations. Then after that 3-4 months of just nothing, video games and computer work. Once I feel good enough to start lifting and eating proper, 2-3 months and weight/strength are almost entirely back
What is your weapon of choice? For me it’s the rope. I love swinging this frick around. I imagine smashing peoples noses in with it.
Myonuclei are never lost and muscle memory is real.

Muscle memory is very real and very useful, but to me seems to be very individually dependent. I can not work out arms for months and my guns stay big, juicy, and only lose a little strength. My chest on the otherhand seems to shrink in size and power down to that of an early lifter if I stop working out. Might have something to do with genetics or hormones or lifestyle or maybe even what you trained the most when you started lifting.
