My deadlift is almost 220kg and my bench is not even 100kg. Last session I did 75kg for 6 reps which is like 87kg orm. Recently I did a small cut from 70kg to 65kg and my bench went from like 95kg to 85kg. Meanwhile my deadlift fricking increased by a few kg. How is this possible

Could you post your height/wingspan ratio?
Based on what you're saying here, it sounds like you have long arms which gives you an advantage when deadlifting but a disadvantage with benching.
My height is 5'8 and my wingspan is about 5'11
Sounds like you need to do more upper body work, or you might have long as frick arms.
That kind of ratio isn't that uncommon for knuckle draggers.
Why did you cut below 70kg Black person. I'm your height and I'm 74kg with visible abs and similar numbers to you, I'm sure you looked good already.
I didn't look particularly good before or after the cut lol I think I just don't have that much muscle mass. I regret the cut anyway since I think I need a lot more muscle before I can justify a real cut
Upper body is most affected by weight loss.
post body pls (no homo)
how am i taller and bigger yet i do 80 for 6 what the frick im weak too
On the bench or deadlift?
natty lifting is a joke
I've only been lifting a year and not very optimally I'm sure a lot more is possible
Do you train mainly for strength?
Pretty much. I also never really bulked properly. I only gained like 10kg in the whole year I lifted. I'm trying to add more of a hypertrophy focus recently though
I don't believe your deadlift is 220kg.
Well it's not quite 220 yet but last deadlift session I did 165 for 9 reps
i bench 59kg for 12 reps, 4 sets. i also squat 59kg for 12 reps, 4 sets. guess what i deadlift kek
dont have a gym near me so im left to my own devices, aka my barbell, plates and adjustable dumbbells... which is totally fine until you plateau because you tell yourself
>yeah i should order some more plates
>yeah...
>maybe later, i could buy more chicken instead
