Yes, it’s called getting older. Your shedding just correlates with using creatine but there is no causation.

I took 5g a day of creatine for a year and didn't see any change at all. My hair didn't fall out either.
I just plain stopped taking supps, it's all garbage and does nothing, including protein powder.
