are you braindead? For some people it's easier to eat less if they only do one big meal a day rather than several small ones, it's just smart to try different approaches until you find the one that you can stick to

Conventional wisdom is that you should eat every 4 hours. So yes, it is not obvious OMAD actually helps with weight loss. Only insufferable c**ts like you take an issue with something like a that

He'll fail, as all fatties fail. Not the first time he tried a diet he saw on tiktok.

These days he was doing something similar to fasting which allowed to only drink "meat juices"

Fasting is easily one of the best methods of achieving calorie restriction, nothing else comes close.

OMAD is literally a caloric deficit diet.
You're imposing mental restrictions on yourself to not eat outside a given window, forcing you to eat a lot less.

If your coworker could stick to one meal a day he wouldn't be obese. The only time restricted eating that works is 18/6. Only the last two hours suck and if you can slam water and coffee for those two hours you win. Plus once you brewk your fast, it's close enough to your next meal that you won't be able to pig out too bad.

Why? OMAD is actually quite a sensible approach to weight loss. Your ghrelin signaling readjusts eventually to where you are only hungry once a day. He ought he do keto on top of OMAD to further crush his hunger. But he should start off eating to satiety on keto for a week, then do 16:8 2MAD for a week before jumping into keto.

People get weirdly defensive if you alter your routine in any way besides just counting calories. The biggest battle for every dieter is adherence. Anything that results in reduced caloric intake and that you can actually stick to, congrats, that's your best diet. Low carb, low fat, omad, whatever the frick. If you like it and it cuts your calories? Congrats, you're all set. Idk why people get so fricking weird about others choosing a plan that is helpful for them. It's just crab mentality shit.

OMAD is more extreme than necessary for most, including obese. An 18 hour daily fast should be plenty.

Personally I do a 14 hour fast even when not on calorie deficit. Worth it for basically never having heartburn during the night.

Because the truth is so daunting for people of average genetics. And they know this. If you are obese, the only way to a "good, fit" body (which to most of us is going to mean sub 20, close to 15% bodyfat, with some visiblly hypertrophied muscle, esp in arms, chest and shoulders. Thats not my defintion, thats the defintion of most nromies.

If youre obese you have to first lose all that that fat. Lets say they are 40-100 pounds overweight. At a "aresonable" caloric deficit of 500 calores per day, thats going to take you a year to lsoe 52 pounds. And thats assuming you are perfect every day, never cheat, never take a vacation, never have an off week, never eat Thanksgiving dinner, Christmas dinner, Halloween Candy or Easter. NEver. That truth is dauting.

The once you lose all the fat you need to eat in a caloirc SUPLUS to build the muscle you want, but not too much of a susplus, lest you just get fat again, because fatties gonna fat. The turh is, unless you have superior genetics (and oce again most people who find themelves in bad shape do not) its probably going to take years of work and sicipline to build a lean, muscular body.

Unless youre a woman, in which case, just don't be a pig and most of you will have avergae fat ditribution, which is fine if you learn how to dress. And you fricking smile, c**t.

      Anonymous

Damn the picture for fatties really is bleak.

It's no different than weightlifters who spends years building muscular infrastructure then building it off of that, but like you said fatties don't have that discipline or genetics to begin with.

This area of the ass always interests me, especially on PAWGs.

My blond PAWG ex gf would wear sexy white thongs and I’d take a good look at her PAWG ass as she pranced around.

This little area of the ass is slightly indented due to it leading to the hole of the ass, so it appears slightly different in colour.

“That’s where the butthole is.” I’d think.

Is it an imperfection? Or is the imperfection what makes it perfect? I don’t know. I don’t think this has a name, does it? Let’s call it the anal drift.

Anyway homosexual OP I couldn’t help but notice that the PAWG you posted, her anal drift is actually discouloured. Why? Because shit slides out of her butthole, and it passes along the skin of her PAWG ass anal drift and staining the skin.

So here she is, this PAWG, flaunting her ass not knowing that her white skin is bleached with tons of fecal matter that has glided over her anal drift.

Because it works. Even as a fattie, there is only so much you can fit in your stomach at once. Also, it is very hard for fatties to stop eating once they start. If you commit to only eat once a day, it's easier to stick to eating at a caloric deficit.
