My girlfriend is 180cm (5'11) and 80kg (176lbs).
She has naturally wide hips and good genetic fat distribution (it all goes to her bum and thighs, her belly is still quite flat). Overall her body-shape is quite similar to pic related (i'll post more examples).
When we first got together she only weighed 75kg (165lbs) and looked much better in my opinion. Her waist was slimmer, but her thighs were still really fat. She thinks she used to be so skinny back then and likes her body much more now (although according to her BMI she's just below overweight now). She doesn't do any sports and never has (shitty parents never made her do sports).
I think she has great genetics (tall + wide hips) and could pull of a crazy good looking body (will post examples) if she lost some kilos and got slightly IST. How do I convince her to do that without her getting mad?
