Take probiotics and stop whining

Onions and garlic are best prebiotics in my opinion btw, make curry or pasta sauce with both and meal prep. Eat them with probiotic yogurt or kefir
Also you could buy plain greek probiotic yogurt and mix fresh veggies into it for a snack, like tzatziki sauce or something similar
Try taking oregano oil caps (from the pharmacy). Only for a 5days/week, don't go haywire. Strong shit.

Have you seen a gastroenterologist? You may have an underlying gastro issue that is causing malabsorption of nutrients. Even if you mostly eat clean, there are certain foods that can contribute to imbalance of gut flora too. You may also want to look into digestive enzymes, but I'd say see your doc and get an endoscopy first.

I'd say look into seeing a gastroenterologist in regard to your IBD. Malabsorption can indeed be a complication of IBD. Perhaps see if you can be tested for SIBO, to rule things out.
