there are a handful of things you could at least try.. what are you gonna do, nothing? going bald doesn't seem the worst, especially if ya got the head/face for it.
personally, I like the ideas of scalp cleaning(natural acids), head messaging and the needle roller at 1.5mm.. revaluating the showering process of how long/often i wet my hair + i know exactly what is going into my hair as far as shampoo ect goes
most synthetics i wont even bother with, but i do like conditioner when the hair gets longer

none of this actually works though, only blocking either scalp DHT or the conversion of test into DHT, the rest is snake oil
