        There's literally an egg-shortage worldwide which is driving the prices up. Sorry for not feeding the hungry israelite farmer.

        Also, eggs aren't exactly the safest thing you can consume, esp. if you do it daily.

      I mix two scoops of choc whey, four shots of coffee with a bit of milk, lions mane and in another cup I put four raw eggs, a bit of milk and a bit of cinnamon sugar and vanilla extract. That's my brekky. Might do 5 eggs idk.

    Is there any real use not scrambling or frying the eggs?

    I like to make fried egg and bacon sandwiches with diced tomato and ketchup, easily 1000 calories if you made two, but your fat and salt intake for the day would already be met so you're only eating rice, vegetables and lean meat for the rest of the day.

    it can be kind of satisfying to swallow raw eggs but it's like the kind of satisfying feeling after you vomit.
    overall i find it difficult and would rather not bother.
