          I have almost visible abs and no gut, I'm definitely 16/17% and when I was 14% I had a similar issue

    What did you think would happen? Lifting doesn't change your muscle insertions. A muscle only gets bigger or smaller. Guys who are big and aesthetic started out small and aesthetic.
