Flea market ? In my area (germany) the diary farms like to sell directly. Less overhead, closer ties to customer, fresher product, no happy merchant and so on. So what they do is errect a stall / small barn which houses a sort of dispensing machine. You bring your container at any time of the day or night, pay and fill your container. No UHT frickery, no merchants no motorised transport or any of that degeneracy. It's comfy and tastes well. Of course thanks to the merchants they post a mandatory sign reading you needed to boil the milk before consuming.

If I had it my day I'd move to the outskirts and commute to work. I spend my days reading, lifting, fighting, working labor and buying tactical clothes and survival gear.

I remember reading about a Spanish soldier who shipwrecked in Ireland in like the 1600s and he remarked that the locals drank sour milk over water, and that over time he came to enjoy it. So it's probably safe; humans have eaten sour and fermented foods essentially since day one.
