My wife asked to come to the gym with me.

My wife asked to come to the gym with me. She is a big time DYEL and basically follows me around trying to do what I do but all she knows how to do is run. She runs 5-6 days a week. she is unathletic, otherwise. She can squat and do machines but that's basically it.

She wants to start training but I have no idea what beginner shit to introduce her to.

Anyone know of a good and easy program for women?

      She has great endurance but cant throw a ball to save her life. She can't jump. She can barely do a pull up unassisted and can do half a push-up.

            Starting strength but using a hack squat machine, kettlebells, and whatever else to simulate the compounds.
            Eventually switch her over to compounds.

        She needs to focus on deadlifts and deadlift variants (RDLs, stiff leg). Squats are more focused on quads. Deadlifts hit your hamstrings and glutes more. Also lower back. All the muscle areas women care the most about.

    I just put my wife on my own program but I tweak it a bit with different exercises that I don’t have to teach her how to do.
