    Reduce starchy carbohydrate by 1/3, add to meat, eggs, fish beans. Remove the sugar and divide amongst vegetables, dairy, and meat.

Literally eat sweets, vegetables and milk for all the carbohydrates you could realistically need, unless youre some kind of ultramarathon runner gayo - even then, theyporobably mostly burn fat for their long slow jogs.'

    There is almost NO practical need to purposefully make starchy carbs (wheat, rice, grains, potatoes etc.) . If you want to stay out of ketoises, enjoy some fruit; enjoy some dairy; enjoy some sweet shit. Frick rice and frick pasta.
