Nanoplastics

Is there anything I can actually do to avoid this shit or by my thirties am I already just packed to the gills with tiny, endocrine-disrupting plastic bits?

    Bloodletting.
This is typically frowned upon outside of Aztec society, but you can donate about a pint of your blood every 8 weeks to the Red Cross without facing repercussions.

This OP. can’t be fricked linking but there was a study on firefighters or something and the ones that donated blood had heaps less shit in their system

Embrace you poof, I work in plastics and breath in plastic particles and fumes daily, had anti-freeze-infused water go in my eyes and mouth several times and oil that doesn't come off for days, seeping into my skin. So have all the other guys before me and they were fine.

It's in the air, clothes, foods, devices, etc. The only real thing to do is minimize exposure through replacing plastics in your home.
It's debated how much plastics affect our hormones. May be a lot, might be a little.

Considering how fricked the average modern hormonal profile is, I'm going to wager that it's "a lot"

Source?!?! Hormones today on avg are the same as they always have been, infact even better due to our diets being better.

          >Mean TT levels declined over time: TT levels were lower in the later (2011–2016) than in the earlier (1999–2000) cycles (all p < 0.001). Elevated body mass index (BMI) was associated with lower TT, but the trend remained significant even among men with normal BMI.
          >Using NHANES data we found a significant decline in TT from 1999 to 2016 among AYA men. These changes were significant after controlling for confounders such as comorbidities, age, BMI, and social factors such as physical activity, smoking, and alcohol use.
          >This comprehensive meta-regression analysis reports a significant decline in sperm counts (as measured by SC and TSC) between 1973 and 2011, driven by a 50–60% decline among men unselected by fertility from North America, Europe, Australia and New Zealand.

20% drop in test levels in 20 years. 60% drop in sperm count between 1970 and 2010. Totally normal!!!

Yeah definitely not due to the fact that we increasingly live in gay troony world where everyone has sedentary desk jobs.

Yes surely it's because we sit down more and not because xenoestrogens penetrate our bodies at the cellular level from inception
How do you propose then that anogenital distance, ie the distance between your butthole and your ballsack (a useful indicator of testosterone exposure), has been shrinking in male infants in recent decades, and that it is more pronounced in males with greater exposure to phthalates, of which the majority have xenoestrogenic properties?

You can’t avoid microplastics. A study was recently canceled to quantify how microplastics influence endocrine systems in mouse models because the researchers couldn’t find a negative control. Let that sink in.
