don’t know in what country with genetic abnormalities you live but it’s not. it’s literally just average, i am a physical therapist and see nothing out of the ordinary
you can lift religiously for years and find out for yourself, it’s impossible to say what your genetic potential is

Thanks for the advice/motivation man! I'm planning to keep at it regardless of results, as I really enjoy those dopamine hits I get after a workout. It's nice to get dopamine from something that doesn't actively ruin my health for a change kek
