Sure they didn't have microplastics. But guess what, they had led poisoning, if they got sick they were out for weeks due to the lack of anti biotics and drugs.
Most bronze era lifters are ridiculously lean because they couldn't afford to eat a lot of food.
They didn't even train their chests, they only did push ups.
You've got way more potential than bronze era lifters. The only reason they're so jacked is because they had no limitations. They didn't spam "it's over" on IST after 3 months of lifting. They stayed consistent of years and years.
The OP of every anti-natty lifting post on this board is a spiteful incel who has never and will never achive anything in his miserable life. They are like crabs in a bucket trying to drag down anyone who tries to escape their hopelesness.
Press S to spit on these vermin and reject their demoralization.
Long live all natty lifters!
There's nothing wrong with choosing to forgo steroids, but why don't you guys ever post your own pics like the roiders do? Speaking for myself as a natty, I don't post mine because I know I look dyel af compared with the roiders and don't want to be ridiculed. If I had the money and access to get quality roids and 24/7 monitoring for signs of organ damage, I'd take them, but I don't have that, so I choose not to take the risk.
Btw, those natties looked like that only one or two weeks a year and would take pics after a pump. Roiders can look like that all year.
>Do you think an average guy could achieve this body with the same or even more training?
lol, there's a reason they have to post pics of a 5'5" genetic abnormality from a century ago and not their own pics

Which is why we have so many examples of confirmed natties with such physiques. Oh, wait.

Most don't people don't train hard, and if they do, not consistently.

There have been tens of millions of people that trained hard.
>I don't post mine because I know I look dyel af compared with the roiders and don't want to be ridiculed.
Body dismorphia. I could be better looking myself, my bis are lagging compared to my delts an so on, but I have been at this for only like 2 years, and I will get better over time.
Most people who make those posts are not roiders, but natty 1pl8 dyels, because a roider has no need to demoralize. >those natties looked like that only one or two weeks a year and would take pics after a pump. Roiders can look like that all year.
Bold of you to assume they don't take advantage of lighting and pump aswell. We all know the clip where Arnold talks how pumping up backstage feeling like cumming. I also suggest googling Kevin Levrone off season, he basically looks like the natties from this board.
>I also suggest googling Kevin Levrone off season, he basically looks like the natties from this board.
Some of that era actually went off everything for extended periods of time, and Kevin did not just go off juice, he even stopped training. You would never see this in the current era.
What strikes me that they usually have 1-2 to bodyparts that are "on par" with today's standards (in OPs picture the biceps seem as if overdeveloped in contrast to rest of the body)
So whats the routine? This should put all the scientifically optimal non-sense to rest. Everyone looks like shit nowadays because they take advice from roiders.
Maxalding was isometrics, calisthenics, dynamic tension and self-resistance, such things.
However, steroids already existed back then.
>Everyone looks like shit nowadays because they take advice from roiders
True.
Most don't people don't train hard, and if they do, not consistently.
People back then didn't train hard by modern standards either. Maxalding was very big about onserving nervous energy and not going stale (overtraining).
How I know all this? I did Maxalding back in the early 00s, but got too big for boxing/karate.
Haha, no why would I take pic of myself half-naked? I'm not a zoomer and that was almost 25 years ago.
>How does maxalding work?
Well, the sites are defunct now, but it mostly was 6 reps of 6 seconds isometric holds or 6 reps of self resistance/dynamic tension exercises. They were adamant about changing this volume depending on how you felt that day and yes, they trained every single day, no rest days, but no hard workouts either. It was pretty easy, really.
I never looked like the guy in OP though ("Ralph" iirc) but I was buff and cut, I could literally lift a small car together with a bro and do one handed pull ups (hand grasping wrist) without ever training them. It was completely useless for combat sports, unfortunately.
Bear in mind that just like today, these photo's made the most of pump, lighting, angles, and were routinely "shopped" in the darkroom. (Notice how in op's pic the body appears sharper than the boat race, even allowing for movement)
That's before microplastics and such things, it's how I cope
that's the most moronic cope.

pathetic

To be fair, guy in OP's pic prolly has a myostatin deficiency. Crazy fricking genetics
to be fair you dont know what you're talking about and can't diagnose an incredibly rare condition from from a 150yr old photograph
Do you think an average guy could achieve this body with the same or even more training?

Anon, that guy is like 5'8" and 160lbs
Very nice definition, but Billy Ralph was 5'4", so he wasn't as big as the photo may trick one into thinking.
>poor people can never become billion-ACK
Why aren't you a billionaire when you didn't grow up poor?
So aesthetically pleasing. Mass monsters were a mistake.
Why don't you post your own natty physique instead of grainy 100 year old photos?

How about now? How do you compare to back when you were doing boxing and maxalding?

What boat race?
Rhyming slang *face
Don't get it
