progression is making me feel depressed because im making mediocre progress as I said 1 rep increase in like 2 weeks or even a month in kiftsband all the variables are in check(food diet consistency rest )

Not always 2 percent for example bench I've been stuck lifting 70lbs dubmell bench for like 3 months only increased like 2 reps in the span of 3 months

I changed my program 5 months ago and no more progress I'm stuck feels like I attained my natty limit
personally i would never do 6 day split as a natty. try looking into a 4 or if you really want 5 day split and up the intensity. just mix things up and find out what you like. i found out my body responds best to high intensity sets till failure, only 2 sets per exercise.

Arms are actually my strength they just appear small in the photo , I'ma focus more on them anyways

Roiders are weaklings and trannies, don't waste all your hard work so far. You look good and you've got discipline and work ethic. Muscles can't grow in size indefinitely, however, there may be different muscles you haven't grown to their limit. Try adding new exercises that target other muscles for growth.

even then, i doubt you're progressively overloading every lift. I doubt you have even hit 1234 (135 OHP, 225 Bench, 315 squat, 405 DL)
