          ate 1500-1800(maximum) calories everyday with 180g protein pretty much
          i also had very very very little to no carbs but its not intended its just its easier to get protein in with the caloric restriction, more carbs are better for strength

    Horrendous training regiment or barely going to the gym. He got leaner, but even with a 8-12 x3 routine with baby weights he should be getting more muscle mass.
    Now I'm curious what he actually does. It took me 4 months to get to 1/2/3/3 for reps. Even Aushwitz skellies after beating cancer develop better in 2 years.

      Iirc he claims he did starting strength it something similar and ate the classic bodybuilder bulking diet. That stuff won't work when you have disregulated hormones and he caught up to it eventually, ate better did callisthenics and still looks funny

    Same shit here. 2,5 years, did multiple cuts and bulks, yet my body just shrinks/expands, but fricking lovehandles and belly fat are sticking out no matter what. I've tried multiple programs, different diets, trained every time to failure, had several injuries, blacked out in the gym a few times, forbid myself to eat shit, forbid myself to have relationships with people, did all sorts of cardio, but i still look like fricking spinning top.

    Calling bullshit. Zero shoulder definition, zero forearm definition. No visible veins showing increased blood flow. All this c**t did was go to gym to do the stair Master and bicycle. Occasional lifts but didn't like how tired it made him so intermittent lifting it was. Cries because his lack of discipline shows. In two years if he swum 3 times a week would have good aesthetics.
