Im not sure what it was at the time, but now its: >bench 105kg 10 reps >squat 110kg 10reps >deadlift 130kg 8 reps
I also do dumbell ohp with 30kg dumbells 10 reps
what is ur workout plan/ diet? I just started the reddit PPL and will run it for the next 3 months but I'm new and ur physique is what i want. I have great genes im just a lazy piece of shit haha
PPL twice a week with the second pull and the second leg workout done in the same day so i get 2 rest days per week. 3 exercises per muscle group with mostly 3x10reps. I aim to get at least 100g of protein per day. I take creatine, omega3, zinc and d3. I sleep alot, at least 10h a day. I ocasionally smoke some ciggies or do nofap for some extra test boosts. Be consistent and always add weight until faliure.
