Obviously they're not like this normally because it's mid-lift but they're always visible at least unless it's completely awful lighting. Always had big shoulder veins even before really liftimg

I have less fat on my arms/shoulders than he does but I've got similar/a bit more belly fat. I'm a similar size overall at 6'3 and 110kg ish with a 6.5pl8 deadlift

That's just genetics, I'm similar bf% (slightly more if anything) and have really pronounced shoulder/bicep veins.
