completely and utterly right on 70% of things, dead wrong on 15% of things, mixed bag for the remainder. contradicts himself slightly more often than most people. A tier source of information for bodybuilding if you're going in blind, S tier if you have good discernment.

also forgot to mention, he's not concise at all. while on certain topics I can understand why he needs to make a one hour video simply due to their depth, in other cases he makes an hour long video on something that could be easily compressed into 20 minutes. maybe he simply lacks the ability to compress information into a more digestable format while retaining pretty much all the information (something that is very trivial for highly intelligent people), or he just likes to talk, it's one of those things.

      >contradicts himself slightly more often than most people
this is usually a good sign (unironically)

elaborate, from what I know right now I do understand in some cases why he contradicts himself based on the context, but in other cases it doesn't make any sense at all.

I'm pretty sure he makes hour long videos on topics like why manlets shouldn't get ridicule or tradwives because he has low level 'spergers.

        >maybe he simply lacks the ability to compress information into a more digestable format while retaining pretty much all the information
It might also be that he feels he need to say things like that because of his audience. (low IQ audience needs things explained with more words, constantly happens on IST when trying to tell people things)

unless you're part eggplant (french or italian), dom't bother. His non-european genes is what carries his physique.
He himself said that in order to look lean and lose fat, he needed to cut out products that his genes are bad at breakng down - milk, cheese etc. What kind of "frenchman" gets fat from eating milk and cheese?

I'm highly critical of him but the man is no grifter, he's likely a homosexual and definitely a philosophy pleb but he doesn't grift.

He's getting his viewership and building good faith before monetizing. It's a common strategy. Or he's just a fricking brainlet

you want to get traction start calling out other Youtubers like they all do, start aggroing other grifters with some beef and strong claims, they will answer and you will get their hordes of followers to come visit your channel.

Do it by the book homosexual, the people on IST are like 50% these same influencers (there's a lot amongst us who just keep their fingers on the pulse of the intel before it hits mainstream, whilst its being tested out here by shills etc).
The other 50% are not by any neuro-cognitive behavior metric, ''followers'' at all. If anything they are the least agreeable and open to new ideas of all people you may meet.

So fricking do the grift by the book, no one likes a self-shiller, it's fricking embarrassing, wet your own feet and start calling out the big guys, that's how you climb up.

They do that because whatever meme training or swinging around of a comically large sword that goes on in the manga will not make you look even remotely like him. If you want to look a certain way: bodybuild. That said, I'm sure there's something useful that you can take from his training that will increase your general athleticism, but do that on the side.

It's so blindingly easy to program for women. Just add an extra leg day to PPL so that you have PLPL, adjust the barbell exercises in PP for dumbbell variations, add in hip thrusts to the leg day, and make sure everything is 8-12 reps.

The guy gives good lifting advice but he's way too preachy, rambles a lot and focuses too much on zoomer mentality; making his videos 30 minutes longer than they should be. Since his channel is non-profit I'll give him a pass and say it's good overall (specially because it gives me strong old youtube vibes). I think Geoffrey Verity Schofield 's channel is better for that same niche.

Absolutely fricking no one, the beauty of philosophy is that you can just pick up a book and read, unless it's very complicated stuff (which means you can easily skip it without missing much as it's most likely mental masturbation) that's all you need.
By "a" book I mean at least two, one to understand the period in which that philosophy was created and the other one being the actual philosophy book

I can tell you with an absolutely straight face Heidegger changed my life for the bette, but this is extremely personal. Honestly I think instead of diving deep into a random philosopher you should read a nice book about the history of the subject in general, unfortunately I'm ESL so the ones I grew up with are out of the question but anything that goes from the presocratics to at least WWII should be more than fine, so you have a general idea of what's going on and you can delve into the people you like without losing track of the bigger picture

lol I'm Italian, then the one I used at school was Mathieu's history of philosophy, it's just a high school book but this would be even a pro in case you wanted to learn Italian. The first half of it is gonna be comprised mostly of your countrymen and your words anyway.

I'm dead sure you can find it at a local library but I'm also certain you have much much better sources as a greekchad

If you're Greek you have a vast library of philosophical literature ranging from the pre-socratics even to the Romans (who usually wrote philosophy in Greek) with minimal if any need of translation. To be honest I'm jealous tbh. Start with Plato, the greatest proponent of athletic philosophy of all time.
