sets are all 3x6 heavy to 3x16 medium depending on the week
since i lift alone and like natural motion, i avoid bar lifts
free weights:
OHP (as much as it's meme'd here, it works shoulders well)
incline bench
dips
decline bench
chainsaws
good mornings
weighted lunges
pistol squats
weighted single leg calf raises
clean and press (love that shit)
tire flips (love that shit even more)
kettlebell swings
machines:
ab pull downs
lat pullover

seated leg curl
pec deck
rear fly
upright rows
