            sets are all 3x6 heavy to 3x16 medium depending on the week
            since i lift alone and like natural motion, i avoid bar lifts

            incline bench
            dips
            decline bench
            chainsaws
            good mornings
            weighted lunges
            pistol squats
            weighted single leg calf raises
            clean and press (love that shit)
            tire flips (love that shit even more)
            kettlebell swings
            machines:
            ab pull downs
            lat pullover
            lat pull downs
            seated leg curl
            pec deck
            rear fly
            upright rows
            tire flips
            seated calf raises
            my wii fit xxl (pic related)
            cycle (actual not stationary)
