Nearly every shit I take is diarrhea or soft sludge that I spend an entire toilet paper roll digging out of my butthole. I don't even eat that badly, mostly healthy home cooked meals my gf makes, milk and eggs. Any time I finish a meal I immediately have to go shit. How do I fix this?

    Metamucil will make it solid at least. You could try cutting caffeine or at least reducing it, since caffeine speeds up the bowels, that might help give the lower intestines time to reabsorb some of the water and thus make it not so sludgy.

      don't take metamucil, it's loaded with added sugar. Just add a teaspoon of raw psyllium husk powder into a glass of warm water each day.

    Similar issue. Eating fibre also doesn't help. Pretty sure my gut microbiome is just fricked up. Maybe try eating more fermented stuff, I'll have to try that myself, too.

      This is going to sound insane but I had a similar issue and this worked for me. Every time you finger your girlfriend's butthole (if you don't, start), covertly finger your own butthole when you're done. It works the same as a medical poop transfer to restart your gut biome with healthy bacteria etc.

      A few weeks after I started doing this my poops cleared up and have been solid and regular ever since.

    cut down on or stop caffeine and nicotine altogether. One thing that also helps me is toast that's on the edge of being burned, but with few or no toppings

    Sounds like you have IBS.
    I had it as well. Fixed it by doing nocarbs for a month.

    Not eating carbs and fiber for a month allowed my gut to heal itself. Now I can eat whatever.
    It's worth a try.

      I've heard of people having similar experiencwz with an herbal supp called triphala. I might go for it sometime soon bros I've basically had ops problem for a few years, and it's always worse on work mornings so ibs sounds like the ticket

    Also drop the eggs and just eat red meat instead.

    Get a blood test and check the inflammation markers. If that is something new, it can be the signs of inflammatory bowel disease and inflammation above average in a blood test is the first step of diagnoses in this.

    It requires urgent action. More damage occurs by leaving it.

    Same issue here except I don't even normally have milk or eggs and only drink water, always eat probiotic food, healthy food that doesn't cause stomach problems and still end up with this with the smell so bad that it goes into other rooms and forces people to leave because it stinks, it can last for a couple of hours after flushing and using a candle/windows open.

    I have no bloody idea what is wrong with me.
