Trim all your hair with a clipper and yes, you're a moronic fool for doing stupid shit like that.

how would trimming all of it with a clipper help?

Bro what’s your stress level from 1 to 10? I’ve been prettying stressed but never “pull my hair out” stressed, and if that’s you in the pic that’s a lot of gray hair.

i have anxiety disorders idk how to rank it

      Jesus. Did it hurt

      no not really

      >im in my early 20's
Christ is pic related you? I'm almost 40 and not even that grey.

its not me, its a picrel i found online. mine is not as big but still noticeable and in the middle of my head

If you’re OP then take vitamins (especially biotin) and be sure to sleep and eat well it’ll come back in a few months

is there anything i can do in the meantime? i dont have any vitamins, are they required?

This is probably trichotillomania, the more you pull the more addictive it is, so try and stop now before it becomes even more uncontrollable.
It could take up to 90 days to grow back but will probably be less.
You can be prescribed anti anxiety or anti depressant medication for it if your doctor isn't a moron but it will also take a will power on your end to stop pulling.

yeah i have stopped and i do have the willpower to stop, especially after this. its the first time ive done this, so hopefully it will regrow im definitely hoping less than 90 days. i have a lot of hair, and it looks ridiculous. i dont take meds because i have had bad experiences with them, but i have and will continue to stop pulling. in the meantime i need something to cover the bald spot

I have a weird type of trich. I don't pull my hair out, but I twist it into little knots and sometimes they get stuck, and then I either have to pull or cut them out. Usually I do it while reading driving or daydreaming or watching TV and i don't even realize I'm doing it at first

Once I have a tight little knot in my hair I'll finger it for hours. No one has ever noticed I do this or at least never said anything. There's a weird sense of shame attached to it, as I don't like anyone seeing me do it, and will stop if I notice someone looking at me. I suspect this all has something to do with the israelites removing my foreskin as an infant, but my doctor doesn't think so

Should take like 3-4 days to regrow 1-2mm of stubble, so I'd call in sick until the weekend and just shave it all today.
Buzzcut, 3mm, and you should be good.

You hair is dark so it'll fill in quick.
If you don't have a hair trimmer just wet shave with a razor, but buzzcut would probably be less jarring for you.

If you wanna invest in a good hair trimmer get a Panasonic one for ~150€, it's standard issue hair salon machine

the picture is not me, mine does not look as large. i have dark brown hair and im white, so the top of my head is pink, so its very apparent. it is also in the middle of my head so buzcut is not an option
