Use the preacher curl machine with one arm at a time and force the reps with your other arm.
Pre exhaust one arm then push down with that arm and curl up with the other to make it more difficult

I do triceps extensions with the EZ bar. If you have the right EZ bar, then the grip is perfect
I only use a straight bar for curls and skull crushers these days but after learning the mentzer schizos hate it I might have to revert back
