wtf Black person why are you doing so many sets and reps? if you are doing 120 curls you should just increase the weight, what the actual frick 240 skullcrushers 160 pushups? how long does this entire workout take you?
When you do heavy sets of low reps you just end up getting fat, if you do extreme amounts of volume and intensity the pump and gains are unfricking real. This is why rich piana stayed in the gym 8 hours, you see that guys arms?
