doesn't it get continuously weaker, if you just keep adding water to the same leaves?
also how mich caffeine do you end up consuming if you just sip on the same cup for hours on end?

Yerba makes me very alert but also moronic. I get super awake but my IQ drops, I have palpable issues articulating myself or remembering things. Then I have god-tier sleep at night, but I am plagued by nightmares.

    Very weird shit.

I’ve been thinking of marketing Yaupon. Which is an herbal tea with caffeine that was drank by American Indians in the southeastern US that had settlers had taken up drinking and continued doing so in some isolated areas until the beginning of the 20th century
Find the yerba mate shit kind of obnoxious

My sister gave us some of that a while back for Christmas, she lives in Austin, Texas and there's a small place that makes it there. I do like it, but the aroma and flavor are slightly funky and might turn some people off. It's cool that it's like the only caffeinated plant native to this part of the western hemisphere or something like that.

You should. morons just jump from each trendy tea to trendy tea so this would also coincide with that killers of the flower moon movie. Listening to these nimrods try to discuss the "health benefits" drives me crazy
      >dude you gotta try theis malaysian tea, it's so good for you I saw it on Joe Rogan and he said it's all he drinks and he's really smart!!!
      >you see it's got all these good things for you like uh... caffeine... flavanols... anyway it's lifechanging
      Repeat every 4 months.

I used to drink mate but honestly it isn't that great. It made me have stomach problems, it doesn't taste better than coffee, you need accessories to brew and drink it and you look like a major autist.

But, yerba gave me a different kick compared to coffee, not sure if it was better.

None. Some shill extrapolated studies talking about the benefits of caffeine but then conveniently only mentioned yerba so all the midwit joe rogan listeners jumped on it. Plus, it's green so morons think it's "healthier." Same reason westerners keep drinking matcha tea even though that shit is a joke Japan plays on foreigners and they don't actually drink that.

Mate, both yerba and erva, have a very potent mix of polyphenols, antioxidants, minerals (including zinc and magnesium), caffeine, non caffeine stimulants, and saponins.
