    an upper range for an adult female goes up to like 60ng/dL, so that was at most a 40ng/dL caused by Vit D (probably unlikely caused by Vit D alone), as a man, when you're like 800-1000ng/dL, a difference of 40 is just a random fluctuation that won't have any significant effect

                it's synthesized in a laboratory and is the same hormone that is produced by your own body, regardless, the only way to increase testosterone levels to a level where its efficacy actually matters is through exogenous supplementation, you can do all you want to "naturally" increase your levels but like 1-5% fluctuations in the natural range won't do shit for you, so either pin, or don't bother with meme approaches

      Obviously don't overdose on vitamin D like her. But let's say if taking 5k day which is a safe dosage can increase your testosterone from 600 to 800 for example is worth the try, no?

    I believe that. It will strengthen your teeth and gums too.

    The thing is, vitamin D doesn't actually absorb well, you need to take the 10,000 unit ones a couple days in a row to get a sufficient absorption. Otherwise sunlight or take D every day for a long time for no fricking reason.

    If you have sensitive gums that bleed when you brush your teeth, you probably need D btw.

      There was a case study I read recently where a patient was admitted to the hospital after taking 190,000 IU a day for years. Makes me wonder what their thought process was. I take 50k IU a week, myself.
