What's the point? Imagine going on a date and saying you can do the iron cross lol she would laugh in your fricking face. Now telling her you bench 400 pounds sounds alpha and frick and powerful getting the pussy wet

Unless she is into fitness she wouldn't care either way.
She wouldn't know what an iron cross looks like and although gymnasts tend to be jacked they are manlets so they wouldn't care and a 400lbs bencher is either fat as frick or uses tren for broth on his food and would be turn off either way.

Is fricking moronic to hold women opinions to any standard, if you want to do iron cross or bench 400 lbs do it because that's what you want to do, not for b***hes that don't have the capacity to appreciate the effort needed to reach any or are capable of how strong that is.

Women don't care about lift numbers, they have no point of reference. Say you bench 100 or 200 lb, it all sounds the same to them. Unironically the best way to impress with fitness on a date is to compete and win, you need to participate in social events, you need medals. Just running a marathon and showing the participation medal is better than any lift will ever be. Every normie heard about a marathon, every normie has the vague understanding that it's a thing real athletes do and regular people can't.

Manletism is only requires for the D and F elements at olympic level. Iron cross is a B element. It's the ultimate pleb filter.

Ok but how tall you are you? The taller you get the more objectively difficult these types of movements. I love calisthenics, but it's obviously far more demanding and thus impressive for a 6'+ guy to do an iron cross than a 5'9 manlet.

I know, the wingspan makes it more difficult. Still, there are vids of 6'2" Athletes doing that stuff in youtube.

couldn't you just make a mockup one with tubes? It can't be too hard and it should be fairly cheap

What's the difference in having proper towers or just mounting the rings on a bar if you're not a pro?

When I was 7 I joined a general sports club and we mostly trained track but also did some gymnastics. We did lots of shit on the rings including that. Most of the basic gymnastic "feats" never seemed impressive to me because I've been doing them since I was a kid until I was 20. I've done the iron cross a few years ago again when i was like 32 and checking out an old gym at a former army base.

I'd almost think you were not lying if you didn't call the fricking iron cross basic, requires years of dedication, not training some "basic gymnastics".

The Iron Cross is rated B on a scale of A to F where F is the most difficult. It is a fairly basic movement for an actual gymnast.

Assuming he actually did gymnastics growing up, I can somewhat see calling B elements 'basic' but still feels weird.

I can do it, but I'm an outlier on IST and don't post regularly, most people are nowhere near as strong as me.
