            German isn't really Slav, and it's usually not included in mentions of the shallow hip socket that enables really deep "slav squats." I've got some German but it's definitely the Polish and Russian that gives me the ability.

    I like Sam but yeah his leg workouts are a complete fricking joke. He does squat SOMETIMES but the majority of his leg workouts are just leg extensions and leg curls. Like at least do leg press or hack squat or smith squats or pendulums.

          The problem he has with squats and pressing is having to go so heavy to get the stimulus without running out of gas cardiovascularly. He talked about having to do like 20 reps with over 400 pounds on squats to reach failure. I run into this issue as well because I don't want to absolutely nuke my knees and hips with super heavy weight.
