As the title says, here's the results from a 90 NoFap. I want to mention that the purpose of NoFap was never about increasing your testosterone substantially or never fapping ever again. A lot of people (both for and against it) keep bringing these things up. It was about how easy access to porn and frequent enough fapping to porn affects your dopamine and serotonin and to what brings you pleasure. NoFap is essentially a hard reset to help normalize this. I didn't start this as a full-on porn addict, but
I'll start with endurance since that was one thing that dropped. Lasted about two minutes the first time. But second time a few days later, thought, it went to about ten minutes, so that part should get back to normal. I didn't notice a change in my behavior until around the second or third week to where I was more irritable, and that was when I had the strongest urge to fap. Technically I was more productive and I got more home projects done, but that was because technically I had more time to work. No changes to my hairline, none to acne (I didn't have acne to begin with like some people talk about).
