NoFap 90 Day Results

As the title says, here's the results from a 90 NoFap. I want to mention that the purpose of NoFap was never about increasing your testosterone substantially or never fapping ever again. A lot of people (both for and against it) keep bringing these things up. It was about how easy access to porn and frequent enough fapping to porn affects your dopamine and serotonin and to what brings you pleasure. NoFap is essentially a hard reset to help normalize this. I didn't start this as a full-on porn addict, but

I'll start with endurance since that was one thing that dropped. Lasted about two minutes the first time. But second time a few days later, thought, it went to about ten minutes, so that part should get back to normal. I didn't notice a change in my behavior until around the second or third week to where I was more irritable, and that was when I had the strongest urge to fap. Technically I was more productive and I got more home projects done, but that was because technically I had more time to work. No changes to my hairline, none to acne (I didn't have acne to begin with like some people talk about).

    Concerning weight lifting, I'm guessing I'm still on noob gains since I started training over the summer; started at 215 for a full set of five before and at 235 now (yes, I'm weak, frick off). Running a mile is still the same. I do want to mention that keeping busy help mitigated a lot of the urge to fap, which is one of the purposes of NoFap to begin with. I spent more time working out so I could avoid the want to fap. So another technicality in that NoFap can help gains.

    Do I think it helped in a physical way? Yes. Going back to the endurance part, before starting I could easily have an urge to fap once a day at least. Now urge is around once or twice a week. Should everyone do NoFap for 90 days? Sure, why not. Even assuming you gain no real benefit from it, if you fap 20 mins a day looking at porn, that's still comes out to over five days a year you're spending in front of a computer. At the very least, I think everyone can agree that you should drop porn completely.

      Jerking off takes me like 5 to 10 minutes it’s such an insignificant investment in time and energy. If I’m horny and alone I’ll jerk off and move on with my day.

    OP post proves nofap is about controlling arousal, and if you do not control arousal nofap is for very little. You just get irritable and stressed out on it.

    Try to reduce arousal and try again, but shit is difficult I'll tell you that. Maybe this is what they mean with transmutation of sexual energy?

        That is my point. If you don't get aroused, that's good. But if you do get aroused, it would be better to handle the arousal instead of letting it linger without taking any action.

        Do you have any personal experience regarding lifting with arousal, did it help? I was highly aroused today and just had a regular workout, and OP seems to have experienced the same. I'm just trying to analyze the situation.

        If all doesn't work out why wouldn't I wank it again, it's not that serious.
