I stopped drinking coffee (as well as pre-workout and energy drinks) last week for my sleep, and surprisingly enough I do sleep much better but I get fricking tired during the day. What's the secret to feeling sharp without using any stimulants?

The first week or so I got so tired I had to take naps but eventually I felt fine. The thing is I was doing it mostly for improved sleep and noticed no difference.
That's the worst part about quitting caffeine, there's literally no reason to. Just stop drinking caffeine by like 4pm and the sole negative effect goes away unless you're buttchugging Sips for the first 8 hours of the day.
Yeah I went back to drinking coffee. I drink less and have my last cup in the early evening and then I get the best of both worlds.
These are the true caffeine red pills
I cut out caffeine for 2 months OP and my sleep quality was the same (wasn't bad to begin with, just cut it because of yellow teeth) but I was completely drowsy every afternoon - now I take a caffeine pill in the morning (which are red capsules kek), feel good all day and sleep fine and my teeth no longer look British
>What's the secret to feeling sharp without using any stimulants?
/sips/ ofc
*sips*
I just never got into it. I’ve had maybe a dozen or so cups of coffee throughout my life. I basically only drink water, milk and tea.Sometimes I take an energy drink or pre workout before the gym but that’s it.
>tea
tea still got some caffeine in it, and caffeine fricks with Adenosine receptors which are responsible for your sleep reuglation
yeah true. i just looked it up and my green tea has 36mg of caffeine per cup compared to 150mg in coffee. i drink one cup in the afternoon. so it’s not as significant as coffee.
I don’t need to drink coffee, it simply tastes good. I can drink a cuppa before bed and sleep soundly for 8 hours
I've always been like this,
but sorry OP, even before I started drinking coffee I was always tired, and I still am with coffee as it has no effects.
I have no idea how people have so much energy
what's that? Sorry, can't talk. Haven't had my coffee yet
Never really felt the need, always been pretty hyper. Leveled out through early 20s and just been coasting fine.
Couple nights ago finished about 1/3 of pic related because younger brother didn't want it anymore and went to the gym.
>Insane pumps
>Felt like I could blow past PRs but probs just in my head
>ended up staying for 45min longer than normal doing random isolation exercises for the pumps
I can definitely see the appeal but I couldn't sleep til about 5am afterwards.
I feel 0 energy boost from energy drinks and last time I had a monster it just made me severely sick (bedridden for 20 hours)
I got a mate like that, seems to be desensitized to any kind of stimulant.
Did coke when we were young and in the party phase and he was barely affected and seemed disappointed.
frick even coke has no effect ?
Has he ever tried tobacco ? Cigars give me a decent boost and buzz
We all smoked a bit back then, some probably more than others.
I can't tell you exactly what he felt but all the boys were stimmed up and getting rowdy except him.
He repeated the phrase
>Is this it?
Several times.
From what I heard his penis also doesn't work, not sure if related but the more y know.
>bedridden for 20 hours after a sip
>weak bloodline
It's over
just dont drink caffeine after 3pm
its that simple
Nothing. You can try smoking but if you’ve gotten older, you’re just going to be sluggish compared to your former self without coffee. There’s absolutely no way around it in my experience.
No caf bro here. Eat healthy and get enough sleep. For me it's 8 hours atleast.
