why do foids want to do this?
wanna feel how a wiener feels while peeing?
Throw a garden hose in the summer heat on the lawn, wait 30 minutes until the water in the hose is warm and then hold it while turning on the water 50% of max capacity

Sleep is more important than you realize, anon. Take a couple days off, eat at maintenance, get some good sleep. Do you workout fasted? Maybe eat some yogurt a couple hours before lifting.

You may want to try a moderatly sized glass of juice about 20-30min prior. It'll give you a little sugar bump and should process fast enough to prevent cramping/feeling gross.

Also worth noting that this can change over time. Going in hungry was optimal in my 20's but now in my late 30's I need sort of moderate carb/protein (usually toast and PB) or I feelmv4d like shit.

After the first time I fricked my current gf I went and pissed with the door open and she admired it. A woman that wants to hold it meanwhile is a true rarity tho

This is it right here. There's a wheelbarrow of data documenting how when folks begin training from zero/near zero they see exceptional results for a time followed by a dramatic drop in progress. Most normies seem to call this "Noobie Gains."

Good news is it's temporary, and a sign you've worked hard and your body is acclimating.

Bad news is progress will be slow (sometimes painfully slow) from here on out.

Everything you called out matters, but will all buff out. Some weeks/days/workouts just won't click while with others you'll be smashing PB's like they're nothing.

I've been working out 3 months and I barely notice a difference physically. My family said they noticed a difference but I think they're being nice. Certainly the left side of my chest is as big as the right side, my should might look s little bigger. Wish I had taken before pictures. How noticable should the changes be with 3 months ppl?

me op, I had the same thing happen. Strength went up after 1 month, and i got comments from family member who didnt see me in a while. I think what happens is that you look at yourself in the mirror every day so you can't notice anything. Because you constantly get used to your physique from looking at it every day, you don't notice a difference

I think [...] said it pretty well OP. Physical change is very slow and when you look at yourself daily it's hard to notice until you hit a major milestone (cloths don't fit, noticeable muscle definition, first vein on a muscle, etc.).
It's a lot like getting older. You don't notice it but when ypu look at an old pic it's pretty clear.
It also varies a lot based on starting point. For example, a 5% weight loss/muscle gain will be way more apparent if someone starts at 6' 130lbs vs 6' 230 lbs.

I tore my pants at work the other day for the first time in my life. Maybe my ass IS getting bigger 🙂

You might be reaching the end of noob gains. A couple nights of bad sleep shouldn't throw you off too bad. More than likely you are physically fatigued.

Lifters work in a deload week every 4-6 weeks. Some people just do a small workout with lower weight and less reps. I generally just skip the weights entirely and just do a lot of cardio on my reload weeks.

When you come back, start slightly lower than your best week and work your way past it.
