Nothing suppresses my hunger. What the heck is wrong with me? I did keto but it didn't help and I actually gained weight on keto.

    Renaissance periodization does a good video on hunger and cravings. You basically can't win when it comes to hunger. It's always going to win out over willpower or drive or any other self-regulation eventually. The trick is too allow yourself to stumble sometimes, and don't force yourself into diets that last forever and ever. You're eventually going to have to go back to maintenance calories for a bit to repress those cravings before you jump back into dieting.

    I take acid when I wake up on the weekends and don t eat all day except one or two bites and then I eat a half a meal at night. Like a chicken breast and a sweet potato. The next morning my stomach has already shrank and my appetite is lessened. I eat as much as I feel like during the week but never want to eat as much. I dropped 20 lbs in a month although I generally started eating healthier and I work outside moving around a lot. But I e also found my metabolism is starting to slow a bit.

    Ozempic will be your friend, you don't feel like eating jack shit when you're on it, and if you have more than a little bit at a time, you'll puke it all up.

      all it did was make me nauseous and the one thing that helped the nausea was eating. feeling like shit all the time didn't help me at all.

    Dried gardenia fruit. It's a food used by koreans. Make a tea out of it and it kills appetite. You can find in Asian market or Amazon

    Not sure what to tell you. I just stopped caring about food. Its less important to me than most things in my life. Perhaps if you had something more important to you than stuffing your fat face you would stop loving it so much. Fatass.

    Someone in the thinspo thread on IST told me to use coffee, cigarettes, apples, pickles, and water. Apparently, they use coffee and cigarettes to stave off hunger and when they get hungry, they drink an absolute ton of water and then eat a bunch of pickles or apples. Apparently, pickles and apples are particularly good for satiating hunger or something.
