When I run my fingers through my hair throughout the day I get like 10 loose hairs coming out a day. That's just the one's I notice. I'm also starting to see hairs in the sink, bathtub, etc. I'm not sure if it's always been this way and I just never noticed and I'm just being paranoid or if this is the beginning of the end. I read somewhere the average person loses 100 hairs per day but that seems like bullshit.

I went through a shedding phase when I was 30 but didn’t notice any significant recession or thinning.
More recently(8 years later) I memed myself into getting on some fake TRT (enclo) and an AI and I started to shed like crazy for months, even after I stopped the meds. Stressing about it doesn’t help. This time there has been noticeable recession. It literally just slowed down the other day. Jury is still out on any sort of regrowth though if I look reaaaal close I think I can see some light peach fuzz but I might be coping. Screwing with my hormones got me in this mess in the first place so I’m not eager to jump on any kind of fin or whatnot. I have already resolved to get a transplant to improve my NW2/3 back to a NW1. Thankfully I don't have a bald spot in the back yet. I'm on fin.
