        Most of the B vitamins are synthetic. You can see them listed in the ingredients list.
        Could get the same effect with a B vitamin probably. Maybe this is a little healthier though, I dunno.

      usually i eat it with my rice. but i pour it in some soups/pastas as well. The taste honestly is mid, not bad or good really so i wouldnt put it on something like my chicken breast

      I put it on fish, then hit it with a splash of Worcestershire or hot sauce. A little liquid with it on meat is delicious.

      Also popcorn with some ghee and popcorn salt (grind seat salt in a blender)

      I put it on pasta like parmesan and curry to mellow taste if i made it too spicy. Also cheese bread under cheese to make it cheesier (no joke)

      Dead yeast have lots of vitamins. In fact, brewers need to add vitamins to things like mead sometimes because the yeast need a lot to survive

    I do keep nutritional yeast around and use it on occasion, yes. It's absolutely packed with B vitamins and has a decent helping of other stuff as well. However, some of the things nutritional yeast gives you, it's actually possible to overdo.... so, I use it sparingly. Any time a dish calls for parmesan cheese, in particular, I tend to use half actual parm and half nutritional yeast.

    Add to hummus, water, lemon juice and turmeric to make a pretty nice cheese sauce for your baked potato.
