I'm eating rice porridge now for breakfast instead of oats. It's a lit easier on my stomach.

          Rice is literally a grain

I eat maple granola in full cream milk and add in Brazil nuts, macadamias and almonds and then I have two scoops of peanut butter. Bulking is painfully slow.

Pretty sure quaker is doing that with all the all the recalls on their toxic products. Maybe you can grow non-toxic oats but not commercially on this continent.

Do you think quaker oats are... The only oats?

Of course not but they're the ones the news fingers and puts their logo all over every time they get in trouble. Which is about twice a year.

How is that relevant at all to your previous point

              Anonymous

Because they're the face of oats in US marketplace and who everyone else is competing with or is supplied by since they use direct growers for less competition

yes but if you're eating something like this at breakfast you might as well do something called overnight oats. it's very good and letting the oats/seeds sit overnight with milk is good for reasons i don't remember

Are you eating organic oats or the oats that are doused in glyphosate
It's always funny to me that gymcels don't even consider food quality for a second

I have three pan fried eggs and half a cup of oats cooked in milk literally every single day for breakfast regardless of whether I'm cutting or bulking.

I have never seen a healthy person say oatmeal is unhealthy. I literally only see healthy people eat it. I choose to situate myself in reality and not listen to what unqualified moron grifters on the internet say.

Oatmeal is disgusting, like all "official" healthy food.
    >inb4 muh cooking is different, bro
Every time someone says this, they end up dumping recipes that aren't "officially" healthy

Decent if you add some eggs. If cutting, I'd avoid it unless I plan to work out before lunch.

    >dude just eat this mass market monoculture grain which first has to be dehusked, steamed, then rolled and flattened into flakes, then dried, then soaked for a long time and cooked on low heat for a considerable amount of time before a human can even think of consuming it, then you need to add sugar and fat and various other ingredients for it to taste like anything even close to actual food and then you can finally consume, so good for you bro!
    yeah no thanks

Or you can just put them in milk and leave them in the fridge overnight and eat them cold in the morning.

Yes. You should always make sure to buy oatmeal with no added sugar though. And if you're cutting / dieting, get lowfat milk, not whole milk.
