        so per 100g of oat you get 17g of protein and per 100g of egg you get 11g of protein (6g protein per 53g egg). Sounds like oats are a pretty good deal after all. The lower calories means eggs are probably better on a cut though, I suppose it depends on the individuals fitness needs.

        A single pound of muscle requires like 2500 to 2800 calories of surplus (in addition to the protein and fats needed). good luck getting that without the cheapest/easiest to digest/least filling macronutrient.
