        Just use unflavored whey and add cacao powder dude. Yours tastes artificial because there is literally artificial sweeteners in it. Use a tony bit of honey or maple syrup if you really need the sweetness. You can also just add tea and milk to your protein shake and it tastes like unsweetened boba tea without the pearls. Coffee is good in it too, especially with cacao.

    Make bean gruel. Oatmeal + can of kidney beans + soft boiled eggs + oil + spices. Can do a dozen soft boiled eggs in 6 mins + time to heat water to a boil and keep them in a bag in the fridge - just add 2 or 3 to the gruel after microwaving the oats and beans. By varying the spices you use it can completely change the flavor profile and add enough variation to eat often. It's also cheap as frick.

    Put eggs, whey, milk and yeast in it, blend it into a powder and you can make pancakes with it. I eat that with eggs and bacon and a little bit of butter and it's pretty cool.

    Oats are a moronic food choice lets be real, no one can get or stay shredded while eating carbs like this unless they have absolute sissy appetites and get full after 3 bites like a woman.

    All eating oats, grains, rice, bread, etc will do is make you RAVENOUS while making you fat unless you have the appetite of a sissy or the discipline to literally have 2 bites of food.

        I can VERY easily consume 2 pounds or more of oats in one sitting if they’re flavored with something tasty, however try to do that with beef, with fish, with eggs. Just not going to happen because the satiety is there.

        Oats are bland on themselves and taste like paper.
        Berries are good for you and bilberries aren't sweet.
        I don't like sweets, that bowl is no where as sweet as you think it is. Majority of it is oats (50g), half a banana, a handful of bilberries, teaspoon of honey, tablespoon of peanut butter and 10 g of chia.
        Great for breakfast.

      just treat it like a side of rice and flavor accordingly. people have just been conditioned to assume only sugar, dairy, cinnamon, berries, and the like go in oatmeal. olive oil, garlic, onion, sundried tomatoes, capers, herbs - serve with some meat and veggies.
