You eat too much, to lose weight you need to eat less.
Do either this or workout more to balance it out. I eat 2500-3500 calories a day but I can only get away with that because I run 5miles every day and go hard in the gym.

Bro you're not that overweight and you're 21. Just take long walks and eat right for a few months and you'll be 200 in no time. Get a bike if you're that worried.

I'm basically the same weight and height right now but down from nearly 330 so I feel a lot better. I'm naturally fat I guess because at 210 I'm comfy as frick usually. Omad low carb has worked for me while drinking water and black coffee only. Basically doin 23 hour fasts every day. Also get good sleep and do some physical activity. I work a physical job.

that's not even heavy you can be solid at 245 and able to do cardio
pick a beginner's lifting program and eat 1500-2000 calories for a while until you're comfortable at a little over 200 lbs
start w/ some conservative 15m walk/run cardio to get your legs conditioned as well as your cardio
casually move through stretches you find online after runs
then I'd keep lifting and start gaining weight by overeating like crazy again; you won't even notice the weight gain outside of getting a little thicker while your lifts go up massively
it's literally just a few months of work to get fitter and stronger than almost anyone you know and you barely notice it since all you're concerned with is 3 workouts a week
