      This is the gayest, most useless discussion you could possibly have. Who fricking cares dude? I know with every fibre of my being that my natural potential is limitless, therefore, when someone like GVS and has a great physique claims natty, I have no reason not to believe him. This belief is entirely ground in my own self-belief and if GVS suddenly came out and said he was lying this whole time, it would have absolutely zero (0) impact on me. I don't know him, I don't know about his natty status just as little as you know it about anybody else, I don't care about him, I simply believe what benefits me the most. This should be the mindset of every natural who wants to make it.

    good training for natties is good training for roiders. most of your results will depend on your genetics. natty guys with great genetics will mog roiders with shit genetics.
    even caring about natty or not is completely silly.

      if you roid, you can push a lot harder a lot more often. If a natty tries to emulate what a roider does, they will start to injure themselves and run into recovery problems. It is an absolute lie that roiders and natties train the same.

          roiders have better recovery of their connective tissues as well, especially if they are taking the peptides / growth hormone that help with it.

          Generally, roiders are the ones that run into connective tissue problems, not natties. Again, a completely different training regimen. If you are a natty and you consistently push as hard as GVS is in OPs photo, you will destroy your body. The reason why GVS is doing this is because he's trying to put on a show that he trains so hard and that's why he's big. Not training hard enough is really not a problem for natties, it's the recovery from that training.

              the harder you push, the less you can train because you have to recover from that. Your gains are made while you aren't training, the training is just the signal for your body. This is established science.

              The natty is far more susceptible to the overtraining problem than the roider. The harder you dip into fatigue and not allow your muscles to recover, the worse you'll be. Roiders can circumvent this by reinforcing their tissues with hormonal signaling.

              If you don't eat right or sleep right, your hormonal signaling will be shittier as a natty. You can make this up with roids very easily.

              Pump work and high volume work will build your connective tissues the most, not saying this type of work is ineffective for natties, in fact I would argue its much better for longevity, it's just that roiders get the most benefits out of it. Very high intensity workouts like mike mentzer style workouts require a dedicated lifter whose job is to lift.

    his lifting advice is shit, and conforms to what roiders say on how to train. A good way to tell a natty from a non natty, especially older males, is the absolute obsession with recovery, because even half assed lifting will give you gains, the problem is being able to properly recover from it, especially as you get older. Roiders have very little to say about recovery, natties will obsess over it.
