      almost undoubtedly placebo. placebo effects can still be valuable though.

      Citrulline is superior because arginine is a metabolite of citrulline.

      I don't take it anymore because it gives me ulcers.

                Cialis is cheaper and works better. I have been using a 30mg a little bit for over a month so not even 1mg of a genuine pill is enough to enhance endurance a lot. Just use a smaller amount or if you're lying just stop lying about trying it, it's like comparing dirt weed to fine rosin

      True but there are millions of places where you can get IV nutrition wienertails for like $65 per treatment and the cost is dropping rapidly. Just go do that once a week. You get way more than just this one supplement. It's supposed to be great for everything from macros to slowing or reversing the signs of aging. Some people even do it after stressful events like performing on stage every night for a week. They probably even take your insurance so you can do it for really cheap.

    The catch is you adapt to it and become reliant on it anywhere near a therapeutic dose. To the point it's actually worse for your vascular health than not taking it. Citrulline on the otherhand doesn't have this and it's just weighting a diffent part of the same no2 cycle.

    It tastes fricking awful. I don’t even care about taste and get annoyed when people b***h about supplement powders tasting bad but I almost threw it out after the first time I tried it. The best I can describe it is it tastes like a soapy version of the smell of bleach. And it doesn’t just taste bad, it tastes like poison. Like something you should not be putting in your body. However, I diluted it more and got used to the taste now it’s fine

    Buy 2:1 citrulline malate powder. I used to take l arginine and thought it did something for my boners... it didn't.
    I take about 3g of the citrulline malate every day before working out and my pumps are absolutely fricking insane. I even get a pump on my pelvic floor sometimes.
    It's affordable, and just tastes like sour candy. Malic acid is good for your krebs cycle as well. Also good if you have chronic fatigue, this shit wakes me up.

          I couldn't be bothered. I tried L-Arginine a few years ago because of muh "God tier cum" meme, but even though I saw all the videos explaining that Cirtrulline Malate was better in every way, I just couldn't be bothered.
          The annoying thing is I can't find anyone chronicling the effects of steroids, SARMS and other exogenous hormones like HCG on semen production. It stands to reason HCG probably does increase semen, maybe a lot, but no one talks about it. What are all the guys in porn doing? Or are they just faking it?

    Take free amino acids instead, a single or even branched are fine as a quick boost but have no significant effects on you because all amino acids work best when accompanied with all other amino acids.
    Branched amino acids have the main 3 amino acids but these are already produced naturally in the body and when there is an over abundance of one type of amino acid the body simply throws away the excess and free amino acids prevent this from happening.
    So if you only take l arginine or branched, you will have a small boost in energy but the effects will quickly subside unless you have a significant deficiency and specifically need that amino acid.

    Just take free amino acids to actually get the benefits you seek.
