probably not, this was my first day with this specific meal and the waffles were definitely overkill, I was concerned about too little calories not being filling enough but I think skipping the waffles will feel a lot better tbh
I was bulking on around 4000 calories a day, I'm too undisciplined to stop myself from snacking and eating in excess so placing a hard limit of 1 meal makes it tangible for me to actually stick to my lowered calories

jesus how do you guys have so much appetite on OMADs? Usually I find my appetite drops immensely. I cant even binge eat like OP after fasting 23 hours.

I lift daily and cycle 4 miles 6/7 days of the week, my calories are always kinda high either way
the worst part is I don't even squat anymore, maybe once a month but I haven't squatted regularly in over a year
this is when I started my bulk, was around 153lb

For comparison I’m 6’0 with very significant muscle mass (not roiding tho), lift 6 days a week and run 10k 2-3 times a week, and I cut on 1700 calories. And my weight loss rate is not even fast
Also do you work a manual job or something? I really can’t see how cutting on 2700 is feasible for someone who isn’t a roided freak (which you are clearly not, no offense)

Total: 1200 cal 100 protein. 1 hour stairmaster everyday or 15% incline treadmill at 3mph (around 400cal).
