Good post. I Never bothered counting calories. Put on 15kg by eating more, now started to cut a couple weeks ago by just having coffee and a banana in the mornings and the same big dinners I was having by bulking. Already down about 3kg. This shit is pretty easy.

keep an eye out for "low carb" potato cultivars. they can be like 50kcal/100g and it feels fricking illegal. even when i was doing 1200kcal per day i could still smash almost a kilogram of those at once with some smoked paprika and lose weight. iinsanity
Idk bro I've been omading between 1100 and 1300 kcal daily for a month and I've only lost about 3.5 kgs (less than 8 pounds), this shit is taking FOREVER and I'm constantly hungry
