I had this, did a lot of introspection to remove any sort of pleasure from eating food, went from 260 at 6'1 to 170 so fast it left me with a frick ton of stretch marks on my arms.
Now I genuinely go days without eating, but I'll get hungry as frick once or twice a week and have no choice to but to get wendys or something because I just dont have enough food in my apt to saite my appetite on days like that.
I also completely lost the ability to eat in public or around people so I'm constantly getting asked why I'm not eating at work during meal breaks.

Can you try planned binge days? For example, fast on Friday and then plan on binging Saturday. Make sure it's all meat/fish/fruit/vegetables.
